Was looking to upgrade from my old 27″ monitor and wanted something to enhance my gaming experience. This monitor really hits the spot, took me a few days to get used to the curve but I quickly learned to love it! There are so many settings for different modes of viewing that is a HUGE bonus in my opinion. Also couldn’t bet the price! Would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade.

This is my first impressions of this Ultra wide monitor which is connected via HDMI on my laptop.
To state the obvious the screen size is far greater than that of my laptop. Set up was super easy and placing it in game mode maximizing brightness. Set up is also straight forward, coming with full tilt and height adjustment with a steady frame.
On initial Set up adjustments had to be made with my laptop to adjust resolution and HDR as these weren’t pre Set. This was not the monitor issue but my laptop settings itself.
Picture quality has been top notch and responsive, very bright colors and dark blacks. I have only tried 2 different games on it thus far, Mount and Blade 2 and Overwatch 2.
Definitely would recommend for price point vs quality.

I don’t know much about monitors, never really cared about it lookin fancy but my boys were teasin me about playing on an old tv so I bough this. They seemed impressed and they’re those picky gamer types so its probably real good. Whatever, that ain’t the reason I’m writing this review. After about 6 months one of the guys tossed me somethin, it went right into the monitor, CRACK, screen was done. I was googlin to see if this was in my wheelhouse to fix and I found out that THEY WILL REPLACE IT FOR A YEAR EVEN IF IT’S YOUR FAULT.
So I tried calling ’em, not expectin much. YO THEY AIN’T LYIN. They had me mail it in and sent me a replacement right away. Using it right now. No run around, no bs, just like “YOU GOOD, SEND IT IN”.
MAN. An actually good company that makes a good thing and stands by their guarantees. I’m sold. AOC for life.
