Q1. What can I do if earbuds have charging issue?
–Clean the earbuds’ copper charging pins at the lowest part of the stem and the pogo pins inside the charging case with rubbing alcohol to ensure the earbuds are charging correctly.
Q2. Why does the ear buds sound louder and quieter after using it for a period of time?
–The earphones may have stains blocking the sound
–Remove earbuds and use cotton swabs and alcohol to clean stains/earwax.

Friendly Reminder:
- Please Charge the charging case at least one time every week. If the charging case over-release power, when we plug the charging cable, we find the led display won’t show immediately. Please keep waiting 15 minutes , the led display will show later.
- After using a period of time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of oxidized magnet connector, you can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.

After trying several headphones for the gym and walking, these headphones finally fit the need. The case is well designed and the headphones fit well and will not shake loose with movement. It takes a bit to get used to the touch controls, but the ability to skip songs as well as the typical pause/stop control is a great feature. Highly recommended!

I just received them a few days ago. Already charged. Nice crisp sound. I have purchased a similar type from another company a couple of years ago but have issues with one not working after about 6 months then couldn’t get through to the company. I hope I will have a better experience with these. Time will tell. The reviews were good for these headphones that is why I bought them. I will post an updated review in few months.
